Big props to the always awesome Kitune Noir for finding this because it's pretty sublime / mental. Created by hell0jed (MySpace), it's a freaking IDM track made out of the sounds made from a little girl. As Bobby points out on +KN it starts weird but from 42 seconds in gets progressively more awesome.
Definetely worth two minutes of your time.
